Issue
RMH was having trouble with wear on their traditional steel sheaves (green sheave). They approached Sheaves Canada with the issue.
Solution
Sheaves Canada designed and manufactured new stainless steel sheaves to withstand the demands put on the block. The new stainless steel sheaves were manufactured to the exact specifications of the existing sheaves. The customer provided us with their shaft in order for us to test the fit within the new sheaves and this was all completed in 4 days.
